Butternut Squash on the BBQ


One way to cook your butternut squash is on the BBQ. Peel your squash, remove the seeds, and chop it into cubes. Wrap your squash in aluminum foil with butter or olive oil and seasonings of your choice. Use 2 or 3 layers of aluminum foil or heavy duty foil. If your wrap seems flimsy, just add another layer of foil. Cook it on the BBQ for about 45 minutes to an hour. The longer you cook it, the softer it will be.
