Rosa californica is a California Native Plant. These rose bushes make a nice hedge. We saw them growing on the Mariposa Trail in Yosemite and in Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley. This picture of Rosa Californica, blooming with pink roses, was taken in the Redwood Grove at Mile Square Park.
