Relax Your Jaw
Many people hold tension in their jaws. Clenching your teeth can lead to headaches. You can use this yoga exercise to relieve the tension. Gently, place the tip of your tongue lightly on the roof of your mouth. Your jaw will drop down and relax. Do this when you feel tension in your jaw or when you are clenching your teeth. This exercise provides immediate relief.
