Deep Breath to Decrease Stress
When people feel anxious, they take shallow sips of air. Take a deep breath to relax your body. Inhale deeply by allowing your belly to expand and your diaphragm to drop down. As you exhale, press your abdominal muscles back towards your spine. Take slow deep breaths to give your body the oxygen it needs. Deep breathing will give you energy and decrease your stress level.
